As a natural hospitality professional, the Saffire team will appreciate your leadership skills and genuine passion for food and beverage. This role is responsible for the supervision of Food & Beverage operations, which provides a unique opportunity to engage with guests in a casual and warm atmosphere overlooking Freycinet’s iconic, breathtaking views. You will work out of our Luxury Lodge in Freycinet, and your primary responsibility will be to ensure each guest is consistently given the gift of devoted and selfless attention, overall creating lifelong memories.
Our successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Previous experience in a similar role and environment (luxury venue experience desirable), • Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts, • A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve, and • A vehicle and drivers licence or other modes of accessibility to the property.
