The Opportunity

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support our Food and Beverage Manager in ensuring that all our guests are provided with the highest level of service and memorable experiences. You will have excellent product knowledge, manage stock and ordering as well as ensure our team are all trained and performing at a high level.

Our ideal candidate

We’re looking for someone who is driven and highly motivated to consistently create and deliver those memorable guest experiences Previous experience within a Supervisory position and experience with training and development will benefit you in the role. You’ll have a demonstrated passion for engaging guests and providing exceptional guest service, ideally in a similar Luxury Lodge environment. You will also possess a desire to learn and continuously improve.
